LEON International Translation Agency provides a wide range of translation services. We translate literary, general, specialized, business, legal, medical, technical, financial, and other texts, as well as personal and official documents such as certificates, military IDs, passports, diplomas, contracts, and other materials.
Our website has a pricing section where you can review the main service categories. It includes several key areas:

What Do You Need to Do?
First, define the type of text or document you need translated. For example, you may need a standard text translation from Russian into English rather than a certified document translation.
- Determine the number of words in the source text.
- Find English in the language list and check the price per word. Several pricing options may be available depending on the required turnaround time.
- After that, you can calculate the approximate cost of the translation. Please note that the first page has a fixed minimum price, and one standard translation page equals 250 words. This means that the minimum order volume is one translation page, so the price for 150 words and 250 words may be the same.
However, it is much easier to use our online calculator, so you do not need to make these calculations manually. You can also ask your personal manager for detailed information about pricing. The manager will support you from the moment you place the order until completion and will coordinate communication with the translator. If you are unsure whether the calculator price is accurate, please contact our manager. After reviewing your file and discussing the order details, we will provide the final cost based on the service type, document format, and project requirements.
Payment Methods for Individuals and Companies
After the final cost is approved, you can pay for your translation order. We try to make the process convenient for every client, including flexible pricing, different turnaround options, special offers, and suitable payment methods.
Because we work with both individuals and legal entities, we offer different payment options:
- Individuals.
If you are an individual client, you can pay for translation services by card directly on our website through secure official online acquiring.- Enter the amount calculated by the manager or online calculator in the first field.
- Enter your phone number or email address. This information helps us identify your order and confirm that the payment has been received.
- The third field is optional. You can add a comment or delivery address. Delivery is paid separately; please confirm the cost with the manager.
We do not disclose your personal data, and your information is protected.
- Legal entities.
Companies, organizations, and individual entrepreneurs can also order translation services from LEON Translation Agency.
For legal entities, we provide two main payment options:- Payment by invoice.
We will prepare and send you a correct invoice containing all necessary information about our company, including company details, taxpayer identification number, bank account information, and registration details.
The invoice will also specify the service cost and deadline.
To issue an invoice, we only need your company’s taxpayer identification number. - Contract-based cooperation.
If you are planning long-term cooperation, we can conclude a service agreement with your company.
You can discuss the contract term, payment format, and payment deadlines with your personal manager.
By agreement with the client relations department, the manager may offer partial or full post-payment terms. In this case, you sign a contract with us for a defined period, and payment is made according to the total amount of invoices issued under the contract during its validity period.
- Payment by invoice.
We provide discounts for regular clients, both individuals and legal entities.

Payment is usually made after the order details, deadline, and final price have been approved by the manager. For standard orders from individuals, payment is often made before the translation begins. For corporate clients, payment terms may depend on the invoice, agreement, or contract conditions.
- Before starting work: suitable for most personal document translations and standard written translations.
- After invoice approval: used for companies and individual entrepreneurs paying by bank transfer.
- According to contract terms: available for long-term corporate cooperation and regular translation projects.
- With delivery: courier delivery and printed copies are paid separately when required.
